charge an Annual Maintenance Fee, per site,

All of these
packages are inclusive of our initial consultancy and will include full
submission of your site to the major Search Engines and directories. We
can tailor any package to your specific requirements and provide on-site
training as necessary. (initial set-up included, subsequent
training @ £35 per hour + expenses.).
