Once set-up,
you or your company are the registered owners of your domain name(s) for
the period of registration and you are free to move your domain(s) to another
ISP at any time without charge.

Forwarding: |
| You
can use your registered domain name as part of your email address but have
your mail directed to an existing email account e.g. the one you have currently
with your ISP.
For example,
if your domain name is mybusiness.co.uk, you can ask people to email you
at fred@mybusiness.co.uk but your mail can be forwarded to your Freeserve
address fred-mybusiness@freeserve.co.uk.
This both improves
your image and gives a professional email which people will be able to
remember.

Forwarding: |
| This
service will forward visitors from your registered domain name to your
existing website address. You can forward to any address you wish, including
free webspace. Your newly registered domain name will remain in the browser
address window. |

(POP3) Email Account: |
| It
will not be possible to send email using your personal domain name
without your own personal (POP3) mail box. The reason is if you have your
email forwarded to your current email account (i.e. your ISP account),
when you send email you will still be using your ISP address. To overcome
this problem and avoid confusion you can purchase a personal email mail
box. This will enable you to check and send mail using your personal domain
name. All you need is to configure your email software for example Outlook
Express (which just involves typing in a few lines of text). |

name and we will hold the domain on our server until you are ready to use

service allows each member of your staff / family to have email to your
domain forwarded to a separate destination. As with general Email Forwarding
(see above) you can specify individual email addresses

of these addresses can then be forwarded to an existing email account provided
by your ISP (e.g. support-mybusiness@hotmail.com forwarded to support@yourdomain.com).
